I read this post about mental health care struggles for autistic youth and it really highlights gaps in support systems. I once used exam help service when I was overwhelmed with revision and deadlines. It makes me think how important accessible support is for both education and mental health, especially when pressure builds up. Small support at the right time can really change how people cope and move forward.
