Chloe Medina is a dedicated mother of four boys, including her youngest who is non-verbal, has Autism, as well as intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is a passionate advocate and community leader with a deep commitment to supporting children with special needs and empowering families. Chloe has served on the Head Start Policy Council, the Head Start Executive Board, the PTA Board, and the Band Booster at her local school district.

She currently serves as an Ambassador for both First 5 Orange County and Help Me Grow, and represents parents as the North Orange County SELPA. Her advocacy efforts span local, state, and national levels, where she has met with members of Congress to champion critical issues such as special education, Early Head Start, Child Tax Credits, and resources for children with disabilities.

Chloe lives in North Orange County, where she continues to be a driving force for positive change. Her passion lies in helping families access resources and building stronger, more informed communities.
